Meet The Makers This Spring

Join us this Spring at Bryant Park for the first ever Urbanspace Makers Market!

The local artisan fair will launch this Mother’s Day weekend, giving you just enough time to swing on over and grab something for the leading lady in your life. You’ll find locally designed one-of-a-kind pieces, trinkets, antique collectibles, textiles, accessories and ceramics all crafted and/or refurbished in a borough near you.

There will be over 100 vendors showcasing their wares, among them will be Edie Art a New York based artist who creates colorful, whimsical paintings and children's books about mindfulness and love. We also have Black Lamb BK a paper collage artist located in Crown Heights making witty zany prints and cards. Annie Draws Stuff is the brainchild of comedian and illustrator Annie Moor, who locally designs temporary tattoos for children and adults - such as the feminist tat pack, for the cool girl who can't commit to the permanent ink. Other honorable mentions include infamous downtown street artist Real.Weird.Art,  Virignie Millifiori, a French designer based in NYC creating original joyful ceramic and enamel jewelry, and Tatiana Poblah, a watercolor artist who creates bold, empowering portraits of women that emphasize strength in beauty. We also have With Roots, a Brooklyn based one-woman business homegrown in NYC. Literally home grown - she designs jewelry that feature tiny terrariums that you wear with real living plants inside.

We won't leave you hungry, Wowfulls serving outrageously colorful hong kong inspired egg waffle and ice cream treats, Perros y Vainas with Venezuelan hot dogs, cool down with a lemonade from Renegade Lemonade, and more! Friends, family & neighbors alike can flock to Bryant Park to enjoy the sites and take in the scenes starting May 10, 2019.
