DATES: Friday, October 9 – Sunday, November 1, 2009

TIME:  11:00 am – 8:00 pm daily

Join us at our newest Market being held at historic Madison Square Park. From Columbus Day Weekend through Halloween Weekend, the Mad. Sq. Mark’t will include over 60 merchants selling local, hand-made and unique items as well as local chefs at “Food Square” at Worth Square. Our chefs will feature a variety of multi-ethnic foods, and New York State farmers will sell pumpkins, apple cider and harvest vegetables.

Mad. Sq. Mark’t is located against the autumnal backdrop of the historic Madison Square Park spanning the west side of the Park, within full view of the iconic Flatiron Building. During this perfect time of year in NYC, experience both the best of the season and the best of the shopping! The Mark’t is easily accessible by public transportation and is the perfect spot for local residents, workers and visitors to the city seeking one-of-a-kind local gifts and wares, delicious food, and a fall harvest experience.

There are also free festivities occurring in Madison Square Park during the Mark’t. Be sure to check out the Mad. Sq. Music: Studio Series concert on Saturday, October 10 with the Tao Rodriguez-Seeger Band, and the Mad. Sq. Kids Fest on Saturday, October 17.
